Our products are custom printed individually for you, not pulled from inventory. Therefore, the process of delivering your order includes printing. And thus requires payment before the order can go to production. Once the order goes into production, no refunds will be allowed, unless the order is not fulfilled or is damaged or there was an error made in the production process.
We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diner’s Club International, JCB, Roan Yarn Gift Card, ChinaUNionPay, Maestro, Eletron, PayPal, AfterPay, Amazon Pay, ApplePay, and other "buy now, pay later" options approved by Company. We do not accept cash, personal or business checks.
You are responsible for paying all fees, charges, and applicable taxes (including sales, use, or value-added taxes) incurred with your purchases. Prices displayed on our Service do not include taxes unless specified. We may automatically charge taxes for orders based on your delivery address and applicable laws.
We strive for accuracy in product descriptions and pricing but may revoke any stated price and correct errors even after an order is placed. If a pricing error is discovered, we may cancel the sale and refund any amount charged. Please refer to our return policy for details on returning products not as described.
