To make purchases through our online stores, you must be at least eighteen (18) years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. Minors may purchase using a valid credit card where they are listed as an authorized user by an adult.

Our products are custom printed individually for you, not pulled from inventory. Therefore, the process of delivering your order includes printing. And thus requires payment before the order can go to production. Once the order goes into production, no refunds will be allowed, unless the order is not fulfilled or is damaged or there was an error made in the production process.

We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diner’s Club International, JCB, Roan Yarn Gift Card, ChinaUNionPay, Maestro, Eletron, PayPal, AfterPay, Amazon Pay, ApplePay, and other "buy now, pay later" options approved by Company. We do not accept cash, personal or business checks.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order for any reason after receipt of your order. If we cancel your order or provide less than the quantity ordered, you will either receive a credit to your card for the canceled portion, or we will not charge your card for the unfulfilled portion.

You are responsible for paying all fees, charges, and applicable taxes (including sales, use, or value-added taxes) incurred with your purchases. Prices displayed on our Service do not include taxes unless specified. We may automatically charge taxes for orders based on your delivery address and applicable laws.

We strive for accuracy in product descriptions and pricing but may revoke any stated price and correct errors even after an order is placed. If a pricing error is discovered, we may cancel the sale and refund any amount charged. Please refer to our return policy for details on returning products not as described.
